Are you not quite ready for strength training and simply need to get moving? The "Walk & Talk" package has been proven to be very effective. This is ideal if you need ample time to discuss your deep-rooted issues with food and how they may influence your current nutrition problems.
You will meet with us 2 times per week in a location of your choice - some clients want a more challenging route, while others desire a flat terrain and opportunities to stop and rest. It's active nutrition counseling!

This package is perfect for clients who want to transform their eating habits without the added
personal training or hands-on cooking sessions.
We will meet in person for one hour, once per month, for a nutrition strategy design session. This includes an in-depth analysis of your daily routine and meal selection, as well as evaluation and modification of your goals. Then we will follow up once per week for 30 minutes via phone or Zoom to review your progress, problem solve, and give you pro tips and tricks to make your life easier.
Plus, like all our packages, we encourage you to reach out to us any time in between sessions for support.
